Where it's made

Built in Chiniot, chosen in Islamabad

Every piece we sell is made in our own workshop in Chiniot, finished to export standard, then brought to our Islamabad showroom for you to see, touch and sit on before you decide.

Islamabad Best Furniture has been making home furniture since 1985. From the start the measure has been the same: furniture built to the quality expected of export pieces, made for homes here in Pakistan.

Our factory is in Chiniot, the Punjab city known as Pakistan's woodworking capital, where carving and joinery are skills handed down through generations. That is where our frames are cut, joined, carved and finished.

Our showroom sits near CMT in the furniture market on Golra Road, Islamabad. It is where you can compare woods, fabrics and finishes side by side and talk through sizes with our team.

We deal in all kinds of home furniture: sofas and accent chairs, beds and wardrobes, dining sets, office furniture and home décor. Need a different size or finish? Custom sizes are made on request.

The craft

Five steps, all by hand

The way a piece is made decides how long it lasts. This is the path every frame takes before it reaches the showroom floor.

  1. Step 1: Select timber

Solid hardwood is chosen for each piece, board by board, for sound grain and strength.

  2. Step 2: Season & cut

Timber is seasoned before it is measured and cut to size, so frames stay true in use.

  3. Step 3: Joinery & carving

Frames are joined and carved by hand by our craftsmen in Chiniot.

  4. Step 4: Finish & inspect

Sanded, polished and checked against the export-quality standard we've kept since 1985.

  5. Step 5: Deliver

Delivery can be arranged on request. Our team confirms the details when they call you.
