50-Year Sheesham Wood Guarantee

Every piece we build from solid Sheesham carries our own 50-year guarantee on the Sheesham wood itself. If, within 50 years of delivery, any solid Sheesham heartwood part we supplied fails through rot, termite or borer damage starting in the wood, or a structural crack in the timber, we will repair or replace that part at no cost for labour or wood.

We cover the polish and finish we applied for 1 year from delivery, against defects in how it was applied, such as peeling, bubbling or flaking. Everyday wear is not a finish defect: scratches, heat marks, water rings, and fading from sunlight are part of living with wooden furniture. After the first year, we are happy to quote for re-polishing.

• The furniture is used indoors, in a home (indoor domestic use).
• You keep the original invoice, which names the solid Sheesham parts, and our registration confirmation. Together they are your guarantee card.
• The guarantee is registered on WhatsApp within 30 days of delivery (section 6).
• Any problem is reported within 30 days of noticing it, so a small issue can be fixed before it grows.
• The furniture is inspected by our team in Islamabad or Rawalpindi before any repair. Outside the twin cities, transport of the item or parts is at the customer's cost.
• The furniture has had reasonable care: kept away from standing water, leaks and damp walls. Our Sheesham care guide explains what that means in practice.

1. Find the invoice number on the invoice you received at delivery.
2. Tap Register on WhatsApp below. WhatsApp opens with the message “I'd like to register my Sheesham guarantee. Invoice no:” ready to send.
3. Add your invoice number, your name and the delivery address, then send.
4. We reply to confirm your registration. Keep that message with your invoice.

1. Message us on WhatsApp within 30 days of noticing the problem, with your invoice number, clear photos and a short description of what you see and when you first saw it.
2. We arrange an inspection by our team in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. If you live elsewhere, the item or the affected parts are brought to us at your cost.
3. If the problem is covered, we repair or replace the affected part (section 8).
4. If it is not covered, we explain why in writing and, if you wish, quote for a repair.

• After inspection, we repair or replace the affected part, at no cost to you for labour or wood.
• There is no cash refund, and the guarantee does not pay out the future price of the furniture.
• A replacement part is made in solid Sheesham, as close as we can make it in design and finish. New polish can differ slightly in shade from wood that has aged for years.
• A repaired or replaced part stays covered for the rest of the original 50 years.

This guarantee is not transferable. It covers the original buyer named on the invoice, even if the furniture is later sold or given away. If you are buying as a gift, such as a jahez set, tell us when you order so the invoice and registration can be made in the name of the person who will own it.

This guarantee is given in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights you have under the law of Pakistan.

This is a commercial guarantee from Islamabad Best Furniture, based on how we select, season and build our Sheesham. It is not a laboratory test result or a third-party certification.

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force on your delivery date applies to your furniture. This version was last updated on 16 October 2026.
